After fulfilling all the prerequisites to connect your webstore feed to Lazada, just one more step is required before the product data sync to Lazada is activated. We need access to your seller account and some additional information as set out below.

It is important to provide us with accurate information so that the listings will be reflected correctly.

  • Granting ‘Seller Full Access’ to CrescoData at your Lazada seller center (if you are not sure how to do this, check out this step-by-step guide.)

  • Lazada API key

  • Brands / categories to be excluded from Lazada listings if any

  • Different pricing (by brands / categories) to show on Lazada if any

  • Shipping method

  • Packaging dimensions (Exception: using merchant’s own fleet)

  • Products weight (if fulfilled by Lazada or using Lazada’s 3PLs - to be captured in the feed provided to CrescoData)

  • Shipping rates (if using merchant’s own fleet)

  • Images processing details
